3 Reasons Entrepreneurs Get Burnt Out
The obvious reason is: You work too much. If you’re like the majority of entrepreneurs, you work way too many hours and probably don’t take much time for yourself. A great way to combat this is to delegate. Hire a virtual assistant for smaller, tedious tasks that you don’t necessarily have to do yourself.
High expectations. If you start an entrepreneurial journey with extremely high expectations, you may be let down when you aren’t SUPER successful right off the bat. To combat this, create a solid plan with reasonable time lines.
Stress. One of the things that causes many entrepreneurs to burn out is stress. We don’t always think about the everyday responsibilities and recurring issues that arise when you are leading a company. My advice for stress is to delegate and take a vacation every once in awhile! Having something to look forward to will help you push through those hard days at the office, and coming back with a clear head will give you a spark of creativity.
