Why aren’t you growing on social media?
Why isn’t your social media growing?
Have you ever worked so hard at perfecting your social media, but still see no results in your audience? Some people dream of being an influencer, and work so hard on their platforms. However, if your energy and focus is not being put to use in the correct areas, it can become disappointing when you don’t see the results you want or deserve. Don’t worry, we can help you! Here are three reasons why your social media might not be growing:
You aren’t following the trends - With all of the social media we have nowadays, following trends are crucial to your platforms. If your content is not relevant to today's society, then no one is going to want to see it. Do a little research on what is hip and happening these days and figure out how you can revamp your platforms to hop on the bandwagon of today’s trends!
You aren’t in tune with your target audience - If you are doing absolutely everything you can for your platforms and are still seeing no results, chances are there is an issue within your target audience. Pay closer attention to the people that follow you and who you follow back. You want to be sure that you are connecting your content with the desired age group, income, and geographical demographics! You don't want to be selling winter coats to people who live in Florida. Assess who is seeing your content and start advertising it to your desired market!
You aren’t engaging with your audience - Sure posting consistently is awesome and a great step in the right direction, but where is posting going to get you when you aren’t actually showing up on your account? Absolutely nowhere! Your followers want to hear from you on a regular basis! An excellent way to start engaging with your supporters would be through comments and instagram stories. Answer all of the questions they have on your brand through comments. On your Instagram story do fun questions of the day and “this or that” games! Whatever it is, make sure you aren’t ghosting your followers and leaving them in the dark!
